All bees need water. Create this simple waterer in minutes with items you can find around the house or at your local second-hand store!

Ours is made from a terra cotta plant pot turned upside down, using the drain plate as the “feeder”. Be creative and add colourful rocks, shells or beads for the bees to land on so they don’t drown.

Don’t add anything to the water, but change often so mosquitoes don’t lay eggs in it. Place in a shaded area near flowers.
